Systems, audits and compliance

• Administer quality systems, including ISO 9001 and related processes, across Netafim Australia and New Zealand.
• Plan and implement actions required for compliance with NAMS and applicable national, international, and customer-specific standards.
• Create and execute internal audit schedules while promoting management ownership and continuous improvement.
• Develop and implement EHS standards and participate in occupational health and safety activities.

Corrective actions

• Control and promote the Corrective Action System for reporting, investigating, and correcting business issues.
• Coordinate technical problem-solving with managers in response to customer complaints and requests.
• Investigate incidents and product failures, check warranty conditions, report quality metrics, and coordinate tests and follow-up.
• Raise and follow up required SAP notifications.

Data and quality analysis

• Collate and present DPPM, COPQ, scrap, and other information required for management operational reviews.
• Analyse scrap and identify improvements that can reduce waste.
• Assist Product Managers with product approval programs, acceptance, and certification.
