Job Summary
Lead all aspects of the Quality function, including performance, compliance, continuous improvement, and strategic integration of the QMS.
Oversee the QC team and ensure the accuracy and completeness of product acceptance testing before release.

Job Duties
- Manage overall product and process quality for the plant.
- Directly manage the QC team and ensure adequate coverage and technical competency for testing and inspection.
- Maintain and improve test procedures and checklists based on product designs, standards, and non-conformance lessons learned.
- Supervise, train, develop, and motivate QA/QC personnel.
- Develop and maintain the plant QMS in accordance with ISO 9001 and relevant industry standards.
- Train the organization on documented policies and procedures and verify training effectiveness.
- Conduct internal audits and management reviews.
- Maintain effective corrective and preventive action processes and continuously improve the QMS.
- Ensure QMS practices align with actual operations and employees understand their responsibilities.
