Position Summary
RIC Power Corporation is seeking an experienced Project Manager in Burnaby, British Columbia.
RIC Power manufactures medium-voltage switchgear, protection, and control systems for clients across various industries.
The Project Manager plans, executes, and closes projects while managing milestones, resources, risks, stakeholders, quality, and budgets.
Project Responsibilities
- Define or document project scope, goals, deliverables, timelines, resources, and milestones.
- Identify and manage project risks, dependencies, and issues and implement mitigation plans.
- Track expenses against budgets and report financial variances as needed.
- Manage commercial and contractual changes to scope, cost, and schedule.
- Communicate project progress, approved changes, risks, and issues to internal and external stakeholders.
- Provide customers with regular project updates.
Documentation and Closure
- Maintain project plans, reports, meeting notes, risk registers, change logs, and lessons learned.
- Conduct post-project evaluations and gather feedback.
- Complete project closure procedures, final reporting, and handover of deliverables.
