Position Summary

You will play a critical role in ensuring our equipment meets rigorous quality standards and design specifications before shipment. Key Responsibilities
- Functional Testing: Perform full testing of protection and control schemes on custom switchgear.
- Apparatus Testing: Conduct high-voltage tests including Hi-Pot, Partial Discharge (PD), BIL, and Heat Run.
- Leadership: Lead and mentor a small testing team, ensuring strict adherence to HV safety protocols.
- Collaboration: Interpret complex schematics to troubleshoot and resolve issues with Engineering and Production.
- Client Interaction: Lead Factory Acceptance Tests (FAT) to demonstrate equipment performance to clients.
- Field Support: Provide occasional (5%) remote or on-site support.
