About the Role
Parsons seeks a Quality Assurance/Quality Control Manager for its Aviation team in Riyadh. You will manage the project's quality management system, ensuring compliance with ISO 9001 and client requirements.

Responsibilities
- Assist in the development and implementation of the project’s Quality Management System, including quality plans, policies, and procedures.
- Provide leadership and on going support for the project QMS, using ISO 9001 as the basis.
- Direct and coordinate efforts to initiate and maintain Project ISO 9001 QMS certification.
- Implement Corrective Action/Preventive Action and Non conformance tracking program.
- Collaborate with senior project management in facilitating Quality Leadership programs.
- Monitor team performance against project quality requirements and standards.
- Act as liaison with client, consultants, contractors on quality matters.
Requirements
- Bachelor's degree in Engineering, Business, Quality discipline, or related field (or equivalent work experience).
- 15+ years of related work experience in the field of quality on large scale programs.
- Professional certification as Lead Auditor required (ISO 9001 or equal), and ASQ (CMQ/CQE) or other related certification.
- Active membership in an internationally recognized Quality organization.
- Airport experience preferred.

Job Description
- Parsons is looking for a Quality Assurance / Quality Control Manager (Airports) to join our Aviation team.
- In this role you will manage and provide strategic leadership for all phases of the project’s quality management effort.
- Our Quality Managers typically manage small to medium sized projects.
What You'll Be Doing
- Assists in the development and implementation of the project’s Quality Management System.
- Provides leadership and on going support for the project QMS, using ISO 9001 Standard.
- Directs and coordinates efforts to initiate and maintain Project ISO 9001 QMS certification.
- Implements Corrective Action/Preventive Action and Non conformance tracking program.
- Collaborates with senior project management in facilitating Quality Leadership programs.
- Provides leadership, guidance, and training to project staff.
- Directs and assists with preparation of quality program manual(s) and procedures.
- Monitors team performance against project quality requirements.
- Acts as liaison with client, consultants, contractors on quality matters.
- Monitors and reports project performance metrics and quality issues.
What Required Skills You'll Bring
- Bachelor's degree in Engineering, Business, Quality discipline, or related field.
- 15+ years of related work experience in quality on large scale programs.
- Professional certification as Lead Auditor required (ISO 9001 or equal), and ASQ (CMQ/CQE) or other related certification.
- Active membership in an internationally recognized Quality organization.
- Airport Experience preferred.
