Lead and mentor a team of quality control inspectors and technicians, providing guidance, training, and support to ensure alignment with quality objectives.

Drive continuous improvement initiatives to enhance quality processes, reduce defects, and optimize manufacturing efficiency.
Champion quality-related projects and initiatives aimed at enhancing product quality, reliability, and customer satisfaction.
Collaborate with respective departments in a way that leads by example, holds people accountable and utilizes data to make informed decisions.
Enforce and interpret the Quality and AS9100 QMS standards.
Involve supervisor with quality deficiencies.
Comply with all company policies and procedures.
Perform other duties as assigned.
