Job Requirements
- Able to effectively manage time and prioritize tasks in order to meet established deadlines.
- Able to work and communicate effectively with all levels of colleagues, superiors/managers and otherbr> external contacts.
- HSE Responsible for personal safety & safe working practices for all activities undertaken by GETbr> operations.
- Help and assist in raising of HSE tickets for on-ground incidents and coordination among thebr> concerned Crew and client team for incident investigation, establishing the root causes and closure ofbr> the agreed corrective actions
- Respond to & act as prime contact person for handing any Emergency Situation involving ourbr> employees/crew through on ground support
- Help QHSE team in finalizing the required PPE for crew / FTE while coordinating with local vendorsbr> and help on locating vendors
- Advise QHSE team in any critical change in legal / regulatory requirements etc.
- Conducting regular meetings with Clients on QHSE activities
- Conducting site visits for all clients
- Convey any QHSE feedback received from crew or client to QHSE team for further action
- Facilitating / Conducting safety meetings and actions on SOC s (Safety Observation Cards)
- Facilitating / conducting monthly QHSE review meetings
- Assisting the central QHSE team to complete any related tasks for local site or/and other geographies
- Gathering information from all crew on their HSE participation while working with clients
- Conducting HSE inspections in workshop, GET accommodation & site
- Assisting the site manager in Vehicle safety management including inspection records, Journeybr> management records, maintenance records and fuel consumption etc.
- Planning and conducting periodic internal audits of the QHSE system implementation and actions onbr> the findings
- Planning and conducting periodic QHSE audits of the vendors and tracking the actions on the findings
- Monitoring the site specific QHSE objectives
- Conducting & assisting in QHSE trainings for employees and crew
- QMS Responsible for working within the provisions and guidelines of the Quality Assurance system
