Responsibilities
- Provide FPSO marine systems, ballast, stability & turret mooring expertise
- Conduct marine integrity assessment & operational readiness evaluation
- Perform marine risk assessment (corrosion, fatigue, mooring & environmental loads)
- Monitor and troubleshoot FPSO marine performance
- Coordinate cross functionally with structural, subsea, process & operations teams
- Manage marine inspections, documentation surveys & integrity program
- Ensure marine safety, barrier management & incident prevention
- Lead emergency response and marine incident management
- Plan proactive integrity, inspection & maintenance
- Ensure marine governance, assurance & class compliance
Requirements
- 8–15+ years of FPSO Marine Engineering experience (including turret moored FPSOs)
- Marine Engineering/Naval Architecture qualification with offshore operations expertise
- Knowledge of marine classification standards (ABS, DNV, BV)
- Experience in marine integrity assessment & operational readiness evaluation
- Vessel stability, loading conditions & ballast management expertise
- Marine risk assessment (corrosion, fatigue, mooring & environmental loads)
- FPSO marine performance monitoring & troubleshooting
- Cross functional coordination with structural, subsea, process & operations teams
