Quality Engineer

We're looking for an experienced Manual Test Engineer who is passionate about delivering high-quality software.

In this role, you'll work closely with Product Managers, Developers, and Business stakeholders to ensure our web applications meet the highest standards of functionality, usability, and reliability.

Job requirements Analyze business requirements, functional specifications, and user stories to define comprehensive test scenarios.

Design, execute, and maintain manual test cases and test plans.

Perform functional, regression, integration, system, smoke, sanity, exploratory, and UAT testing.

Validate web applications across multiple browsers, devices, and mobile platforms (Android/iOS).

Perform API testing using Postman or similar tools.

Execute database validation using SQL to verify data accuracy and integrity.

Identify, document, track, and verify defects using Jira or similar defect management tools.

Collaborate closely with developers, product owners, and cross-functional teams to resolve issues and improve product quality.

Participate in Agile ceremonies, including sprint planning, backlog refinement, daily stand-ups, sprint reviews, and retrospectives.

Prepare test execution reports and communicate testing progress, risks, and quality metrics to stakeholders.

Validate applications against Web Accessibility standards and contribute to delivering inclusive digital experiences.

Ensure adherence to QA processes, standards, and best practices while continuously identifying opportunities for process improvement.

Job responsibilities 2 + years of experience in Manual Software Testing.

Strong understanding of the Software Development Life Cycle (SDLC), Software Testing Life Cycle (STLC), and defect management lifecycle.

Hands-on experience with functional, regression, integration, system, smoke, sanity, exploratory, and UAT testing.
