- Manage job allocation and resource utilization within Quality Department in assembly area
- Participate in internal, external, and customer audits
- Conduct process audits as per internal schedule
- Train Quality and other Indirects on product quality and Quality system
- Participate in KPI meetings and other required meetings
- Set up quality system for new products/processes, work with other Q functions
- Deal with external and internal quality complaints, participate as Team Leader
- Identify, develop, and work with other functions on test module requirements
- Coordinate with Test board Technician to keep modules up to date and ensure efficiency
Requirements
- Experience in quality engineering, preferably in assembly area
- Knowledge of quality systems and auditing processes
- Ability to conduct process audits and participate in internal/external audits
- Experience with test modules and coordination with technicians
