Role: Quality Engineer
To promote a culture of excellence in quality, taking a proactive approach to solving quality issues, ensuring prompt investigation, root cause is established, and implementation of corrective preventive actions.
Maintaining and improving the Quality Management System and supporting internal improvements and corrective actions.
Being an integral part of the Quality to support customer and supplier concerns, new product introductions, and product changes.
As part of the Quality team, you will conduct process audits in all areas of the business.

HNC/HND or bachelor’s degree in a relevant field such as Mechanical Engineering, Manufacturing Engineering or Quality Management
Experience in a quality role within a manufacturing environment (Preferably heavy or industrial manufacturing).
Familiarity with ISO 9001 Quality Management System.
ISO 9001 Internal Auditor qualification desirable but not essential.
Experience in Lean or Six Sigma methodologies.
Hands-on experience with problem-solving methodologies – e.g., 8D, RCA, FMEA.
Proficiency in quality software/tools – e.g., MRP systems and quality management software.
Experience with Corrective and Preventive Actions (CAPA) and process improvement initiatives.
