Responsibilities
- Identify and secure new business opportunities in Retail, Hospitality, Commercial & Entertainment sectors
- Build and maintain a robust sales pipeline aligned with strategic goals
- Lead the entire BD lifecycle from market research to proposal/tender submissions
- Work closely with estimation, design, and project teams to deliver competitive offers
- Represent the brand at industry events, exhibitions, and networking forums
- Monitor KSA market trends and competitor activity to shape sales strategies
- Prepare and present sales forecasts, reports, and KPIs to leadership
Requirements
- Minimum 8 years of proven experience in business development within the KSA fit out/interiors sector
- Strong network of clients, consultants, and contractors in Saudi Arabia
- Proven track record of winning high value contracts and growing market share
- Excellent communication, negotiation, and presentation skills
- Fluent in English; Arabic is a plus
- Based in KSA

About the Role
- You will directly drive the growth of our client base and strengthen relationships across the luxury residential, hospitality, and commercial sectors.
- This position involves driving Sales & building relationships with Consultants, Designers & Architects in the Region & expanding the company's presence in Saudi Arabia.
Key Responsibilities
- Identify and secure new business opportunities in Retail, Hospitality, Commercial & Entertainment sectors.

Requirements
