About the Role
Tripod Global is seeking an Estimation Manager to lead the estimating function for joinery and fit-out projects. You will prepare detailed cost estimates, manage the estimating team, and coordinate with internal stakeholders.

Responsibilities
- Prepare and review detailed cost estimates for joinery and fit out works
- Review drawings and specifications to identify scope, risks, and opportunities
- Develop take offs, BOQs, pricing schedules, and value engineering options
- Ensure tender compliance with contractual and client requirements
- Manage and develop the estimating team
- Allocate workloads and meet tender deadlines
- Coordinate with design, procurement, and project teams to ensure buildability and cost accuracy
- Identify commercial risks and opportunities
- Provide cost advice during pre construction
- Support tender reviews, negotiations, and contract handovers
- Source and negotiate supplier and subcontractor pricing
- Maintain cost databases and prepare tender reports
Requirements
- Degree or diploma in Quantity Surveying, or similar (preferred)
- 5–7 years’ estimating experience in joinery or interior fit out
- Proven experience leading an estimating team
- Strong numerical, analytical, and leadership skills
- Advanced Excel and estimating software knowledge
- Excellent communication and negotiation abilities
- Commercially focused and able to manage multiple tenders
