Role Overview

Core Responsibilities

• Develop and maintain QHSE policies, procedures, programs, and the facility HACCP plan.
• Own CCP monitoring, including controls established during facility commissioning.
• Conduct audits, inspections, risk assessments, supplier audits, and contractor audits.
• Implement corrective and preventive actions and lead food-safety and quality incident investigations.
• Hold or release production when food-safety standards are at risk.
• Maintain audit and certification calendars and inspection readiness.
• Deliver QHSE and food-safety training and report performance trends and risks to management.
• Work with operations and kitchen leadership to strengthen food safety, quality, and compliance.

Requirements

• 5-6 years of experience in QHSE, food safety, quality assurance, or a similar role.
• HACCP certification is required.
• Independent experience managing CCP monitoring and food-safety controls is required.
• Strong knowledge of HACCP, food-safety standards, QHSE systems, audits, risk assessments, and local regulations.
• Commissioning-facility QHSE experience is preferred.
• Bakery, food production, or similar manufacturing experience is preferred.
• Strong investigation, decision-making, documentation, communication, training, and organizational skills are required.

Work Environment

• The role operates within a fast-paced production facility and works closely with operations and kitchen teams.
