Quality Control Manager

Overview

Your Role

• Develop and maintain the project Quality Management System and lead project QA/QC activities.
• Ensure construction complies with approved drawings, specifications, contract requirements, codes, and standards.
• Review contractor quality plans, Inspection and Test Plans, method statements, and quality procedures.
• Supervise quality personnel and consultants and monitor contractor quality performance.
• Conduct audits, site inspections, surveillance, material reviews, and factory inspections.
• Manage inspection and testing for civil, structural, architectural, MEP, and specialist systems.
• Track non-conformances and corrective actions, investigate root causes, and implement preventive measures.
• Monitor quality KPIs, coordinate laboratory testing, and prepare reports for management and clients.
• Support technical reviews, payment application quality checks, snagging, commissioning, documentation, and handover.

About You

• Bachelor's degree in Civil Engineering, Construction Engineering, Architecture, or a related discipline.
• Minimum 15 years of overall construction quality management experience and 8 years in a Quality Control Manager or Quality Manager role.
• Experience with major buildings, convention centers, hotels, resorts, mixed-use developments, and hospitality projects.
• Strong knowledge of QMS, QA/QC procedures, construction standards, international codes, ISO 9001, and Saudi or GCC regulations.
• Experience with testing and commissioning quality requirements for complex developments.
• Strong leadership, stakeholder management, technical review, reporting, communication, and presentation skills.
• Proficiency in quality management software and Microsoft Office.
• English fluency is required; Arabic language skills are an advantage.
• A master's degree and professional quality certification are preferred.
