Quality Control Manager responsible for leading quality-control operations, laboratory activities, inspection programs, testing processes, analytical systems, and QC personnel.

Quality Control Operations
- Develop and implement QC strategies, policies, procedures, and annual plans.
- Lead laboratory operations, inspection, sampling, testing, product-release support, workflows, resources, and turnaround times.
- Establish specifications, test methods, sampling plans, acceptance criteria, and approved testing procedures.
- Review analytical results, inspection findings, records, and product-release information.
- Investigate OOS/OOT results, deviations, non-conformances, laboratory errors, and recurring testing failures.
- Develop CAPA, monitor quality trends, and provide dashboards, KPIs, and recommendations to management.
