Role Overview
The role supports inventory forecasting, replenishment planning, stock-level optimization, purchase planning, inventory allocation, and supply-risk management.
The position is full-time and fully remote in the United Arab Emirates.

Inventory Planning
- Monitor inventory, projected demand, open orders, inbound supply, lead times, stock coverage, reorder points, safety stocks, and inventory policies.
- Prepare replenishment recommendations, projected inventory positions, shortage and excess analyses, and inventory-risk reports.
- Coordinate with Demand Planning, Procurement, suppliers, Sales, Marketing, Product, Commercial, Warehouse, Logistics, Finance, and Operations teams.
- Support inventory allocation, stock transfers, balancing, redistribution, seasonal planning, product launches, and phase-in or phase-out planning.
- Analyze inventory turnover, working-capital performance, carrying costs, inventory aging, and stock productivity.
- Conduct scenario and what-if analysis for demand, supply, lead-time, service-level, and inventory-policy changes.
Reporting and Systems
- Develop daily, weekly, and monthly planning reports and dashboards covering availability, stock coverage, shortages, excess inventory, replenishment, and supplier performance.
