About the Role

Responsibilities
- Organize and execute inspection jobs with professionalism
- Execute specific inspections on materials, equipment, and construction/installation activities on site
- Issue relevant Quality Records and write non conformances reports to QC Supervisor when necessary
- Check conformity with the Quality Control Plan, obtain relevant documentation, check procedures and equipment for tests, controls, and inspections
- Ensure correct implementation of the approved Inspection Test Plan
- Verify special processes and relevant workers' qualifications
- Check power transformers, switchboard, accumulator battery, sockets outlet, lighting system, Remote terminal unit, instruments, cables, tunings etc.
- Perform visual inspections, dimensional test, check rating and material for connection
Requirements
- Diploma/Degree in Engineering or equivalent
- 8+ years of relevant experience in Oil and Gas construction sector
- Mandatory Offshore Experience
- Electrical certifications (ATEX, CompEx, etc.) Mandatory
- Familiar with applicable engineering standards and codes for QC surveillance in onshore/offshore fabrication/construction/EPC projects
- Previous ADNOC approvals preferable but not mandatory

Job Description

- Issue the relevant Quality Records and, when necessary, write and send to QC Supervisor non conformances reports.
- Check conformity with the Quality Control Plan, obtain the relevant documentation, check procedures and equipment to be used in tests, controls, and inspections, manage documents certifying tests, controls and inspections.
- Ensure the correct implementation of the approved Inspection Test Plan.
