Role Overview
Quality Control Inspector supporting the Security Printing – Packaging team.
Responsible for quality inspections throughout production and ensuring packaging products meet required standards and specifications.
Key Responsibilities
- Conduct incoming, in-process, and final quality inspections.
- Inspect packaging materials and finished products for defects and non-conformities.
- Ensure products meet approved quality standards, specifications, and customer requirements.
- Monitor production processes and identify quality issues early.
- Prepare and maintain inspection reports and quality records.
- Raise and follow up on NCRs and support corrective actions.
- Perform visual and dimensional inspections as required.
- Coordinate with production and other departments to resolve quality issues.
- Maintain product traceability and follow quality procedures.
Requirements
- Diploma or bachelor's degree in quality, packaging, printing, manufacturing, or a related field.
- 2–5 years of QA/QC experience, preferably in packaging, printing, paper printing, folding cartons, labels, or a similar manufacturing environment.
- Experience with incoming, in-process, and final inspection.
- Knowledge of quality standards, inspection procedures, NCR, and CAPA.
- Good attention to detail and problem-solving skills.
- Good communication and reporting skills.
- UAE experience is preferred.
Preferred Industry Experience
- Packaging printing, paper printing, folding cartons, labels, or security printing.
Compensation
- Pay is AED 2,000–3,000 per month.
Workplace
- Work location is in person in the UAE.
