Job Purpose
Monitor and verify that site activities, materials, equipment, and completed works comply with approved project requirements, company procedures, specifications, and quality standards.

Department and Reporting
The role is part of the Quality and Operations department.
The position reports to the Quality Manager or Quality and Site Compliance Supervisor.
Site Inspections
- Conduct daily site inspections against approved drawings, specifications, method statements, and company procedures.
- Inspect ongoing and completed works and identify quality issues or non-conformities.
- Check delivered materials and verify that they meet project requirements.
- Monitor earthwork, excavation, filling, grading, compaction, road works, and other applicable construction activities.
- Monitor workmanship and ensure activities meet the required standard.
Coordination and Compliance
- Coordinate with site engineers, supervisors, foremen, operators, surveyors, and site teams regarding quality requirements.
- Monitor compliance with approved Quality Control Plans, Inspection and Test Plans, and project procedures.
- Coordinate with surveyors and site teams to verify levels, quantities, alignment, and other applicable requirements.
- Communicate management instructions and project quality requirements to relevant site personnel.
- Report repeated or serious quality issues immediately to management.
Records and Reporting
- Record inspection findings, observations, defects, and non-conformities.
- Prepare daily and weekly quality inspection reports.
- Take and maintain photographic records of site conditions and quality issues.
- Maintain inspection checklists, reports, test results, photographs, and other quality records in proper files.
- Ensure required quality documentation and inspection records are properly maintained.
Corrective Actions and Audits
- Follow up corrective and preventive actions until issues are properly closed.
- Verify that corrective actions have been completed effectively.
- Support the Quality Manager during internal inspections, client inspections, and project audits.
- Assist in investigating root causes of recurring quality problems.
- Perform other quality-related duties assigned by the Quality Manager.
Qualifications and Experience
- A Diploma or Bachelor's degree in Civil Engineering, Construction, Quality Management, or a related field is required.
- Two to four years of experience in construction, infrastructure, earthwork, road works, or a similar field is required.
- Experience in site inspection and quality control is preferred.
- UAE construction experience is preferred.
Technical Knowledge
- Knowledge of construction materials, earthworks, compaction, road works, and basic surveying is advantageous.
- Good knowledge of inspection procedures and quality documentation is required.
- Ability to read and understand drawings, specifications, and method statements is required.
- Basic knowledge of Microsoft Office, particularly Excel and Word, is required.

Pay and Work Location
- Pay is AED 4,000–7,000 per month.
- Work location is in person.
