About the Role

- Create and document clear, comprehensive test plans, scenarios, and test cases based on product requirements
- Execute manual and automated tests for web applications and interactive dashboards
- Review and verify the accuracy of AI driven alerts to ensure logical consistency
- Test backend services and APIs to ensure accurate, real time data flow from cameras and sensors
- Identify, record, and document software bugs using project management tools
- Perform thorough regression testing after each update or new feature release
Requirements
- Strong knowledge of software QA methodologies, tools, and processes
- Hands on experience testing backend services and APIs using tools like Postman
- Proficiency working within an Agile/Scrum development process and utilizing issue tracking tools (e.g., Jira, Trello)
- Solid understanding of web applications, client server architecture, and real time data flows
- Experience or familiarity with UI automation testing frameworks (Cypress, Playwright, or Selenium) is a strong advantage

- Review and verify the accuracy of AI driven alerts (e.g., queue detection, cleanliness, uniform compliance) to ensure logical consistency and minimize false positives before they reach the client.
- Test backend services and APIs to ensure accurate, real time data flow from cameras and sensors.
- Identify, record, and clearly document software bugs using project management tools (e.g., Jira, Trello), tracking them alongside the development team until full resolution.
- Perform thorough regression testing after each update or new feature release to verify that new code changes do not adversely affect existing functionalities.
