About the Role
RIME Platform is looking for a Quality Assurance Tester to join their team in Riyadh. The role involves creating test plans, executing manual and automated tests, validating AI outputs, and ensuring software quality.

Responsibilities
- Create and document clear, comprehensive test plans, scenarios, and test cases based on product requirements and customer needs
- Execute manual and automated tests for web applications and interactive dashboards to ensure they are bug free and deliver a seamless user experience
- Review and verify the accuracy of AI driven alerts (e.g., queue detection, cleanliness, uniform compliance) to ensure logical consistency and minimize false positives
- Test backend services and APIs to ensure accurate, real time data flow from cameras and sensors
- Identify, record, and clearly document software bugs using project management tools (e.g., Jira, Trello), tracking them until full resolution
- Perform thorough regression testing after each update or new feature release to verify that new code changes do not adversely affect existing functionalities
Requirements
- Strong knowledge of software QA methodologies, tools, and processes
- Hands on experience testing backend services and APIs using tools like Postman or similar
- Proficiency working within an Agile/Scrum development process and utilizing issue tracking tools (e.g., Jira, Trello)
- Solid understanding of web applications, client server architecture, and ability to quickly grasp complex real time data flows
- Experience or familiarity with UI automation testing frameworks (such as Cypress, Playwright, or Selenium) is a strong advantage

Requirements
- Strong knowledge of software QA methodologies, tools, and processes, with the ability to write clear, concise, and comprehensive test plans and test cases.
