- Conduct regular quality audits and process evaluations to identify non conformities and improvement opportunities.
- Monitor compliance with quality management systems, company policies, and regulatory standards.
- Investigate quality related issues, perform root cause analysis, and oversee CAPA implementation.
- Prepare quality reports, analyze performance metrics, and present findings to management.
- Collaborate with cross functional teams to improve operational processes and service quality.
- Support internal and external audits and provide quality awareness training to employees.
Requirements
- Bachelor's degree in Computer Science, Software Engineering, Information Technology, or related field
- Minimum 3 years of experience in testing
- Experience with T24 system preferred

Job Overview
- Master Works is seeking a detail oriented and analytical Quality Assurance Specialist to ensure the quality, reliability, and compliance of products, services, and business processes.
- The successful candidate will be responsible for developing and implementing quality standards, conducting inspections and audits, identifying areas for improvement, and ensuring adherence to company policies, industry regulations, and client requirements.
- You will work closely with cross functional teams to drive continuous improvement initiatives, resolve quality related issues, and maintain the highest standards of operational excellence and customer satisfaction.
Key Responsibilities
- Develop, implement, and maintain quality assurance policies, procedures, and standards to ensure compliance with organizational and client requirements.
- Conduct regular quality audits and process evaluations to identify non conformities and opportunities for continuous improvement.
- Monitor compliance with quality management systems, company policies, and applicable regulatory and industry standards.
- Investigate quality related issues, perform root cause analysis, and oversee the implementation of corrective and preventive actions (CAPA).
- Prepare quality reports, analyze performance metrics, and present findings and recommendations to management.
- Collaborate with cross functional teams to improve operational processes, enhance service quality, and support organizational excellence initiatives.
- Support internal and external audits, provide quality awareness and training to employees, and promote a culture of quality, compliance, and continuous improvement.
Requirements
- Bachelor’s degree in Computer Science, Software Engineering, Information Technology, or a related field.
- Minimum 3 years of experience in testing (preferred T24 system).
