Overview
- Bachelors degree in Food science / microbiology or related field Minimum 5 years experience in frozen food industry in UAE with in depth working knowledge of cold chain manufacturing and distribution, HACCP, ISO 22000, Halal, BRCS , FDA.
- Extensive knowledge of Dubai Municipality food code and implementation.
- Inspects and ensures high quality of product as per established SOPs
- Ensure strict compliance with quality and food safety regulatory requirements
- Determines methods to resolve any quality or food safety compliance issues that may arise
