Responsibilities
- Distribute incoming leads among the sales team based on availability, workload, and performance
- Monitor and evaluate the performance of marketing and sales teams through regular quality assessments and surveys
- Follow up on assigned tasks and ensure timely completion
- Reassign leads and tasks when necessary to optimize team productivity and efficiency
- Prepare ad hoc reports on lead status, team performance, and quality assurance metrics
- Monitor lead quality throughout the sales process and ensure compliance with company standards
- Maintain accurate lead records and reporting within the CRM system
- Conduct quality checks on lead handling, customer interactions, and follow up activities
- Identify process improvement opportunities and recommend corrective actions when needed
Requirements
- Arabic speaker (mandatory)
- Strong attention to detail and excellent organizational skills
- Knowledge of real estate documentation, procedures, and compliance requirements
- Experience working with CRM systems and Microsoft Office applications
- Ability to collaborate effectively with cross functional teams
- Excellent communication, analytical, and problem solving skills
- Previous experience in Quality Assurance, Operations, or Real Estate Administration is preferred

Position Overview
- We are seeking a detail oriented and proactive Quality Assurance Executive (Arabic Speaker) to ensure the accuracy, compliance, and quality of our real estate leads, documentation, and operational processes.
