We are looking for a highly organized and detail-oriented Listing Coordinator to join our growing real estate team.
The ideal candidate will manage property listings, coordinate marketing materials, and ensure all listings are updated accurately across portals and CRM systems.
Key Responsibilities
- Manage and update property listings on CRM
- Must have strong communication and negotiation skills.
- Coordinate with agents for property details, photos, and documentation
- Prepare listing forms, contracts, and marketing materials
- Ensure all listings are accurate, complete, and up to date
- Monitor listing performance and portal visibility
- Coordinate property photography, videography, and advertising requests
- Maintain organized records of listings and client documents
- Support the sales and leasing team with administrative tasks
Requirements
- Previous experience in real estate administration or listing coordination
- Strong organizational and communication skills
- Attention to detail and ability to multitask
- Proficient in Microsoft Office and real estate platforms
- Ability to work in a fast-paced environment
