About the Role

Responsibilities
- Develop, implement, and maintain quality assurance procedures, standards, and processes within warehouse operations
- Conduct regular inspections and audits to ensure compliance with company policies, customer requirements, and applicable standards
- Monitor operational processes to identify quality gaps, non conformities, and improvement opportunities
- Prepare audit reports, track findings, and ensure corrective and preventive actions (CAPA) are implemented
- Support the HSE department in implementing health, safety, and environmental policies across warehouse operations
- Conduct workplace inspections to identify hazards, unsafe practices, and compliance issues
- Assist in incident, near miss, and accident investigations and follow up on corrective actions
- Monitor compliance with safety procedures, PPE requirements, emergency response plans, and safe work practices
- Maintain quality records, inspection reports, audit findings, and compliance documentation
- Prepare daily/weekly/monthly quality and HSE performance reports
Requirements
- High school or equivalent (Required)
- Experience in quality assurance and HSE within warehouse operations
- Knowledge of inspection and audit procedures
- Ability to prepare reports and track KPIs

Key Responsibilities

- Conduct regular inspections and audits to ensure compliance with company policies, customer requirements, and applicable standards.
- Monitor operational processes to identify quality gaps, non conformities, and improvement opportunities.
- Prepare audit reports, track findings, and ensure corrective and preventive actions (CAPA) are implemented.
- Review and update SOPs, work instructions, checklists, and quality related documents.
- Support continuous improvement initiatives to enhance operational efficiency and service quality.
- Support the HSE department in implementing health, safety, and environmental policies across warehouse operations.
- Conduct workplace inspections to identify hazards, unsafe practices, and compliance issues.
- Assist in incident, near miss, and accident investigations and follow up on corrective actions.
- Monitor compliance with safety procedures, PPE requirements, emergency response plans, and safe work practices.
- Participate in HSE training programs, awareness sessions, and safety campaigns.
- Monitor inbound, storage, picking, packing, and outbound processes to ensure quality standards are maintained.
Pay
- SAR 3,000 SAR 5,000 per month
