Responsibilities
- Conduct routine inspections and audits across operational sites to ensure compliance with company policies and legal requirements
- Identify workplace hazards, perform risk assessments, and recommend effective control measures
- Monitor and follow up on corrective and preventive actions to ensure timely closure of observations
- Investigate incidents, near misses, and unsafe conditions, perform root cause analysis, and prepare detailed reports
- Develop and maintain HSEQ documentation, records, and reports
- Conduct inductions, toolbox talks, and safety awareness programs for employees and contractors
- Monitor compliance with Permit to Work (PTW) and Lockout/Tagout (LOTO) procedures where applicable
- Support implementation and maintenance of HSEQ management systems and continuous improvement initiatives
- Assist in internal and external audits, ensuring readiness for regulatory and certification requirements
- Support emergency preparedness activities, including evacuation drills and fire safety programs
- Ensure compliance with food safety and quality requirements where applicable, including FSMS, HACCP, and Good Hygiene Practices (GHP)
- Collaborate with operational teams to promote a proactive safety culture and achieve zero lost time incidents
Requirements
- Bachelor's Degree or Diploma in Occupational Health & Safety, Environmental Science, Engineering, or related discipline
- Minimum 5 years of relevant HSEQ experience, preferably in logistics, warehousing, cold chain, FMCG, retail, or similar operational environments
- NEBOSH IGC, IOSH, OSHA, or equivalent HSE certification
- Knowledge of ISO 45001, ISO 14001, and ISO 9001 management systems
- Valid Saudi driving license
- Willingness to travel between operational sites
- Strong communication and interpersonal skills
- Excellent analytical and problem solving abilities

About the Role
- We are seeking a proactive and detail oriented HSEQ Officer to support our growing operations by ensuring compliance with Health, Safety, Environment, and Quality (HSEQ) standards across multiple operational sites.
- The successful candidate will play a key role in promoting a strong safety culture, conducting inspections, managing risk assessments, delivering training, and ensuring compliance with company policies and applicable regulations.

Required Qualifications
- Bachelor's Degree or Diploma in Occupational Health & Safety, Environmental Science, Engineering, or a related discipline.
- Minimum 5 years of relevant HSEQ experience, preferably within logistics, warehousing, cold chain, FMCG, retail, or similar operational environments.
- Strong knowledge of Risk Assessment and Hazard Identification, Incident Investigation and Root Cause Analysis, HSE Audits and Compliance Monitoring, Permit to Work (PTW) systems, FSMS, HACCP, and Good Hygiene Practices (GHP).
- Proficiency in Microsoft Office applications and HSE reporting systems.
- NEBOSH IGC, IOSH, OSHA, or equivalent HSE certification.
- Knowledge of ISO 45001, ISO 14001, and ISO 9001 management systems.
- Experience supporting warehouse, logistics, or cold chain operations.
- Experience conducting employee safety training and awareness programs.
- Familiarity with emergency response planning, fire safety, and environmental sustainability initiatives.
- Strong communication and interpersonal skills.
- Excellent analytical and problem solving abilities.
- Strong report writing and documentation skills.
Pay
- Pay: ﷼5,000.00 ﷼7,000.00 per month
