Responsibilities
- Conduct final quality inspections to ensure all processed garments meet established quality standards before dispatch
- Verify item level reconciliation by cross checking processed garments against Order Management System (OMS) records
- Collaborate with partner facility supervisors to coordinate rework, resolve quality concerns, and implement corrective actions
- Identify recurring quality issues, analyze root causes, and recommend process improvements
- Approve completed orders for dispatch, ensuring all quality and reconciliation requirements have been met
- Investigate damaged, defective, or missing items and work with relevant stakeholders to resolve discrepancies
- Maintain accurate daily quality assurance reports, tracking performance metrics and highlighting trends for continuous improvement
Requirements
- 2 5 years of experience in quality control or garment/laundry operations
- Strong analytical and problem solving skills with attention to detail
- Prior experience working with third party vendors or external partners is preferred

What You'll Do
