Role Purpose
Lead and oversee corporate enablement services for the Film Studio asset within a lean operating company structure.
Coordinate asset-level ownership with centralized or group support across HR, procurement, IT, legal, administration, and communications.
Establish scalable governance, delegated-authority discipline, activation readiness, and business continuity for phased mobilization and steady-state operations.
Key Responsibilities
- Lead corporate enablement activities during setup, activation, and operational phases.
- Act as the asset-level integrator for HR, procurement, IT, legal coordination, administration, and communications support.
- Interface with centralized or group support functions to ensure timely service delivery and issue resolution.
- Establish governance processes, operating procedures, service standards, and approval workflows.
- Drive delegated-authority compliance, documentation discipline, and escalation protocols.
- Coordinate activation-readiness plans, mobilization checklists, and service cutover requirements.
- Support handover of systems, vendors, records, access, and operating procedures from development to operations.
- Oversee workforce activation, onboarding readiness, and cross-functional mobilization.
- Develop service tracking mechanisms, dashboards, and performance reporting for leadership.
- Monitor operational risks, escalations, audit readiness, and business continuity requirements.
- Support budgeting, staff cost planning, and operational expenditure coordination.
- Oversee third-party vendors and coordinate policies, controls, and administrative systems for launch and early operations.
Requirements
- Bachelor's degree in Business Administration, HR, Operations, or a related field.
- 8-10 years of experience in corporate services, operations support, administration, or asset-level enablement roles.
- Experience in activation-stage assets, entertainment, hospitality, real estate, or other complex operating environments is preferred.
- Experience coordinating centralized or shared-service functions and governance-driven support models is preferred.
