Responsibilities
- Conduct regular site visits to monitor and supervise HSE aspects of contractors’ activities
- Ensure contractors comply with contractual HSE requirements and company standards
- Plan, organize, and lead HSE awareness days and campaigns
- Deliver training sessions, toolbox talks, and safety briefings
- Ensure proper follow up and compliance with mandatory medical examinations
- Develop and implement communication campaigns related to workplace risks
- Leverage AI tools to enhance HSE communication, reporting, and efficiency
- Monitor and analyze QHSE performance indicators and prepare reports
- Lead implementation and certification for ISO 45001 and ISO 14001
- Conduct internal audits, gap analyses, and ensure corrective actions
Requirements
- Experience in HSE supervision and site monitoring
- Knowledge of ISO 45001 and ISO 14001 standards
- Experience in conducting internal audits and gap analyses
- Ability to deliver training sessions and toolbox talks
- Familiarity with occupational health management
- Proficiency in digital tools and AI for HSE communication

HSE Supervision & Site Monitoring
- Conduct regular site visits to monitor and supervise all HSE aspects of contractors’ activities.
- Ensure contractors comply with contractual HSE requirements and company standards.
- Verify that all employees follow internal group HSE policies and procedures.
- Identify risks, non compliance issues, and implement corrective actions.
HSE Awareness & Training
- Plan, organize, and lead HSE awareness days and campaigns for all employees.
- Deliver training sessions, toolbox talks, and safety briefings.
- Promote a proactive safety culture across all levels of the organization.
Occupational Health Management
- Ensure proper follow up and compliance with mandatory medical examinations for all employees.
- Maintain accurate records of employee health checks and fitness certifications.
- Coordinate with medical providers when necessary.
Risk Communication & Prevention
- Develop and implement communication campaigns related to workplace risks, health, and safety.
- Create engaging materials to raise awareness and improve risk prevention.
- Continuously assess and improve communication effectiveness.
Digital & AI Integration
- Leverage artificial intelligence tools to enhance HSE communication, reporting, and organizational efficiency.
- Improve data analysis, messaging, and training delivery through innovative digital solutions.
Reporting & Performance Monitoring
- Monitor and analyze QHSE performance indicators and statistics for the subsidiary.
- Prepare regular reports, dashboards, and recommendations for management.
- Support continuous improvement through data driven decision making.
ISO Certification & Management Systems
- Lead the implementation and certification process for ISO 45001 and ISO 14001.
- Develop, implement, and maintain integrated management systems in line with ISO standards.
- Conduct internal audits, gap analyses, and ensure corrective actions are effectively implemented.
- Coordinate with external auditors and certification bodies.
- Drive continuous improvement initiatives to maintain certification and ensure ongoing compliance.
