About the Role
Seeking a QHSE Analyst to support implementation and monitoring of QHSE systems in FMCG food manufacturing. The role involves line inspections, product testing, compliance monitoring, and incident investigations.

Responsibilities
- Perform line inspections (pre start, in process, post production)
- Conduct product testing (raw material, in process, finished goods)
- Ensure timely QC testing and zero missed tests
- Respond quickly to out of spec results and escalate issues
- Monitor compliance with SOPs, GMP, HACCP, food safety rules
- Record all test results, deviations, and CAPA with real time documentation
- Support incident investigations, root cause analysis, and improvements
- Conduct audits, inspections, and workplace assessments
- Track environmental parameters (waste, water, sustainability)
- Prepare shift reports and monthly QHSE KPI reports
- Support emergency drills and safety campaigns
Requirements
- Bachelor's degree in Food Science, Safety, Engineering, or Environmental field
- 3 5 years experience in FMCG/food manufacturing
- HACCP certification preferred
- ISO internal auditor certifications preferred
- NEBOSH/IOSH advantage
- Strong analytical, reporting, and Excel skills

Job Purpose
