QC, Workflows and Data Analytics Lead

Develop, coordinate and support initiatives to improve content and metadata delivery workflows from content production and publishing systems through archive.

Provide technical expertise and quality assurance for digital archive collections, ensuring compliance with archival obligations and supporting content creation and preservation objectives.

Design and implement workflows and collection management processes that improve the ingestion, accessibility, preservation, and long-term management of digital assets.

Collaborate with stakeholders to resolve complex technical challenges, identify risks, and develop effective solutions that enhance archive systems and collection outcomes.

Analyse digital collections, metadata and usage data to generate insights, support retention and preservation strategies, and inform evidence-based decision making.

Develop and maintain reporting, analytics, data pipelines and decision-support tools that drive collection management, operational performance and end-to-end archive lifecycle outcomes.

Demonstrated experience in digital analytics, research and digital asset management, including an understanding of digital production workflows, quality assurance processes, and the effective management of data and metadata across enterprise platforms.

Well-developed knowledge of industry best practices, emerging trends and technologies, with a commitment to driving continuous improvement in workflows, processes and services.

Proven strategic thinking and sound judgement, with the ability to anticipate business needs, identify opportunities and deliver effective outcomes.

Demonstrated ability to build strong stakeholder relationships and work collaboratively across teams to design, test and implement new processes and solutions.
