Presentation Planner (Pre-Roll)

• Schedule A, Band 4 (pro rata)
• Contract for approximately 9 months
• Open to internal and external applicants

This 9-month contract role facilitates ABC iview pre-roll promotion through the creation, scheduling and maintenance of pre-roll campaigns, while providing routine support across the Presentation team.

• Create, schedule and maintain ABC iview pre-roll campaigns.
• Set up, tag and troubleshoot campaign delivery.
• Liaise with Media Planning, Creative, Programming and Presentation Planners to ensure timely delivery for playout.
• Maintain accurate records and escalate pre-roll or scheduling issues under routine direction.
• Support the Presentation team's day-to-day tasks, as part of the wider Programming, Acquisitions & Streaming group.

• You bring relevant experience or exposure to a media, broadcast or digital content environment, with a genuine interest in growing your knowledge of media and presentation planning.
• You're a quick study, ready to pick up the platform and metadata systems used for pre-roll campaign creation and delivery.
• You take pride in getting the details right, even when the task is repetitive or high-volume
• You communicate clearly and confidently, liaising easily across Presentation, Platform & Metadata, and Promo/Creative teams
• You ask questions, spot problems early, and escalate rather than assume
• You're computer literate and open to building intermediate skills across scheduling, metadata and Microsoft Office tools, including Excel
