- Prepare inspection procedures
- Prepare Inspection test Plan (ITP)
- Review and approve material requisition package
- Review and approve Inspection Assignment Package
- Apply audit and assessment requirements
- Gather and analyse relevant process data
- Interview / review prospective personnel
- Ensure correct control of documents and data
- Evaluate personnel and propose training
- Ensure maximum efficiency of resources
Requirements
- Aramco approval required
- Experience in QA/QC management for oil & gas pipeline projects
- Knowledge of project quality plans, inspection procedures, and ITPs
- Ability to manage quality personnel and coordinate with clients
- Familiarity with audit and assessment requirements
