Key Responsibilities
- Develop and implement robust quality control strategies for electromechanical products, ensuring compliance with international standards and customer specifications.
- Lead and mentor a team of QC inspectors and technicians, fostering a culture of continuous improvement and meticulous attention to detail.
- Oversee the testing and validation of electromechanical components and assemblies, from raw materials to finished goods, identifying and rectifying deviations.
- Manage the calibration and maintenance of all quality control equipment, ensuring accuracy and reliability in all measurement processes.
