Role Overview
- We are seeking a Human Capital Associate to support the operational side of the Human Capital function, with a strong focus on HR reporting, Excel based analysis, Oracle or similar HR systems, and day to day HR operations.
- The role is suitable for a UAE National professional with hands on experience in HR operations and strong comfort working with data, reports, dashboards, and HR systems.
Key Responsibilities
- Execute daily HR operations including employee data updates, record maintenance, and system transactions
- Maintain accurate employee records within HR systems and ensure data integrity at all times
- Work with Oracle or similar HR systems to process, review, and extract HR related information.
- Support system based HR workflows, requests, and employee related transactions.
- Ensure information entered or extracted from the system is accurate and aligned with HR requirements.
- Coordinate with relevant teams to resolve system related gaps, missing information, or inconsistencies.
- Support reporting activities by using data available from Oracle or similar HR platform
