A Planning Manager is needed to assist in preparation of tender programs, coordinate with senior planners, and manage project planning activities including manpower, cash flow, and reporting.

- Assist in preparation of tender programmes as per tender document requirements
- Coordinate with senior planner for preparation of detailed programmes
- Propose productivity sheets and calculate manpower requirements
- Prepare weight systems and load manpower, quantities, weightage, and cost
- Estimate project cash flow and prepare measurement tools like S curve and histograms
- Highlight critical paths and coordinate with project key staff for actions
- Ensure QHSE requirements are integrated into programmes
- Prepare weekly/monthly reports and highlight areas of concern
- Monitor manpower and equipment for correctness
- Prepare planning correspondences and attend meetings/audits
- Prepare notices for Extension of Time (EoT) and EoT claims
Requirements
- Experience in preparation of tender programs and detailed programmes
- Ability to coordinate with senior planners and project staff
- Knowledge of manpower planning, productivity, and weight systems
- Experience with project measurement tools like S curve, histograms, and KPIs
- Ability to highlight critical paths and take corrective actions
- Experience in preparing EoT claims and correspondences
