Responsibilities
- Lead and manage all QA/QC activities for 400kV GIS Substation projects
- Ensure compliance with client specifications, ITPs, Method Statements, Quality Plans, and IEC, IEEE, ISO, and Utility standards
- Supervise quality during construction, installation, inspection, testing, pre commissioning, and commissioning
- Prepare and manage QA/QC documentation, including NCR, MIR, MAR, SOR, Inspection Reports, Test Reports, and Method Statements
- Coordinate with Engineering, Procurement, Construction, and Commissioning teams to ensure quality compliance
- Conduct quality audits, close NCRs, and implement corrective actions
Requirements
- 10+ years of QA/QC experience in EPC Power, Transmission & Distribution, or Utility Infrastructure projects
- Mandatory experience in 400kV GIS Substation EPC Projects
- Strong knowledge of GIS equipment, HV substations, transformers, circuit breakers, CT/VT, protection systems, testing & commissioning, and QA/QC documentation
- Good understanding of IEC, IEEE, ISO, and Utility standards
- GCC/UAE experience is highly preferred

Overview
- POWERCHINA JEPCC is looking for an experienced QA/QC Manager to join our team for the prestigious ADQ Project in Abu Dhabi.
- We are seeking a highly qualified professional with proven expertise in 400kV GIS Substation EPC Projects to lead all Quality Assurance and Quality Control activities throughout project execution.
Mandatory Requirements
- Hands on experience in 400kV GIS Substation EPC Projects is mandatory.
- Previous TAQA project experience or TAQA approval is highly preferred and will be given priority.
