- Supervise inspections of transformers, GIS/AIS equipment, switchgear, protection & control panels, MV/HV cables, and earthing systems
- Oversee testing, commissioning, and quality documentation
- Manage NCRs, corrective and preventive actions, and quality reporting
- Coordinate with clients, consultants, subcontractors, and project teams to ensure compliance with project requirements and industry standards
Requirements
- Bachelor's Degree in Electrical Engineering
- Minimum 8 years of QA/QC experience in electrical substation projects
- Strong knowledge of IEC/IEEE standards and utility requirements
- Experience in installation, testing, and commissioning of HV/MV substations
- UAE/GCC project experience required
- Excellent leadership, communication, and reporting skills

- POWERCHINA Jiangxi Electric Power Construction Co., Ltd. – Dubai Branch is seeking a highly experienced and motivated On Site QC Manager (Electrical) to lead QA/QC activities for the Masdar Project in Abu Dhabi, UAE.
Key Responsibilities
- Lead and manage all QA/QC activities on site.
