- Manage the full contract lifecycle for energy and infrastructure projects, including drafting, reviewing, negotiating, and administering contracts in both Mandarin and English
- Coordinate with project teams, legal, finance, and external partners to ensure contractual compliance, risk mitigation, and alignment with company policies and local regulations
- Monitor contract performance, manage variations and claims, prepare reports, and maintain contract documentation
- Support project managers in commercial decision making
- Liaise with clients and subcontractors, resolving contractual issues
- Contribute to continuous improvement of contract management processes
Requirements
- Strong contract management and administration skills, including drafting, reviewing, and negotiating project contracts
- Fluency in Mandarin and English, with excellent written and verbal communication skills in both languages
- Knowledge of commercial terms, risk management, and basic legal principles related to construction and energy projects
- Experience working with international projects, preferably in new energy, photovoltaic, or power construction sectors
- Proficiency in office and documentation tools (e.g., MS Office, contract tracking systems, document management platforms)
- Bachelor’s degree in Law, Business, Engineering, or a related field; advanced qualifications in contract or project management are an advantage
- Strong analytical, organizational, and problem solving abilities, with attention to detail and accuracy
- Ability to collaborate in multicultural teams, manage multiple deadlines, and work on site in Bitola
- Familiarity with local and international standards, regulations, and procurement practices related to construction and energy projects

Role Description
- The Contract Manager (Mandarin & English) is a full time, on site role based in Bitola. This role manages the full contract lifecycle for energy and infrastructure projects, including drafting, reviewing, negotiating, and administering contracts in both Mandarin and English.
