- Perform inspections and testing of raw materials, in process production, and finished goods
- Conduct basic in process checks on raw materials, resin mix ratios, and production parameters
- Perform online/offline inspections of products as per ITP/project requirements
- Perform non destructive and destructive testing under guidance
- Prepare daily QC reports and maintain inspection records
- Assist in preparing documentation for TPI/client inspections
- Participate in periodic stock counts
- Assist with calibration of tools and measuring equipment
- Carry out final inspection
- Perform additional tests as per ITP for witness point of customer/client
- Carry out steel mold and socket sleeve inspection at factory or supplier premises

Job Purpose
- Perform/assist inspections and testing of raw materials, in process production, and finished goods to ensure compliance with FPIG's standards and specifications.
- Works under close supervision of senior QC inspectors and QC Supervisors, with limited authority.
Key Accountabilities
- Follow all operational procedures and QC work instructions.
- Ensure compliance with safety and quality requirements.
- Conduct basic in process checks on raw materials, resin mix ratios, and production parameters.
- Perform online/offline inspections of products as per ITP/project requirements.
- Perform non destructive and destructive testing under guidance.
- Prepare daily QC reports and maintain inspection records.
- Assist in preparing documentation for TPI/client inspections.
- Participate in periodic stock counts.
- Assist with calibration of tools and measuring equipment.
- Carry out final inspection.
