Job Purpose
Ensure adherence to quality standards across construction activities by implementing QA/QC procedures and maintaining proper documentation.
Key Responsibilities
- Inspect ongoing construction work for quality compliance.
- Conduct material testing and manage the approval process.
- Monitor RCC works, finishing works, and structural activities.
- Maintain quality checklists, inspection reports, registers, and QA/QC documentation.
- Ensure compliance with approved method statements.
- Coordinate with consultants and the site team.
- Verify incoming materials and maintain related records.
- Conduct cube casting and monitor test results.
- Raise NCRs for quality deviations.
- Assist with internal and external quality audits.
- Monitor subcontractor work quality.
Qualifications and Experience
- B.Tech or Diploma in Civil Engineering.
- 3–6 years of experience in residential or commercial construction.
- High-rise building experience is preferred.
Key Competencies
- Strong knowledge of QA/QC procedures.
- Documentation and reporting skills.
- Material testing knowledge.
- Coordination with the site team.
- Quality inspection skills.
Working Conditions
- Site-based role in Gurgaon.
- The role combines field and documentation work.
- Work location is in person.
Pay and Benefits
- Pay starts from ₹50,000 per month.
- Health insurance is provided.
