The role manages resources, quality systems, and short-term planning so the execution team can deliver on time and to standard.
Resource management
- Plan and allocate weekly labour across activities.
- Track material availability, raise indents, and monitor delivery timelines.
- Plan and deploy equipment and machinery.
- Flag resource constraints before they block work.
Quality and planning
- Implement quality checkpoints for construction activities.
- Conduct quality audits and maintain quality records and documentation.
- Train the site team on quality standards and construction methods.
- Prepare weekly activity schedules and daily work breakdown plans.
- Track progress against plans and flag variances to the project manager.
- Coordinate civil, MEP, and finishing trades.
Billing and documentation
- Verify DPR and DLR records from supervisors for quantity and accuracy.
- Consolidate data into weekly and monthly Excel billing summaries.
- Prepare Measurement Books from verified site data.
- Submit billing documentation to the project manager with supporting records.
Requirements
- 5 to 7 years of experience.
- B.Tech or B.E. in Civil Engineering.
- Mivan or aluminum formwork experience is required.
- Key competencies include resource planning, quality systems and auditing, Excel and MIS reporting, AutoCAD, scheduling and planning, and site coordination.
Compensation
- Pay is ₹60,000 to ₹90,000 per month.
