- Develop, implement, and maintain the Project Quality Management Plan (PQMP), quality procedures, Inspection & Test Plans (ITPs), and method statements.
- Manage all QA/QC activities for roads, highways, underpasses, bridges, earthworks, asphalt and pavement works, utility networks, and associated civil infrastructure.
- Ensure construction activities comply with approved drawings, specifications, contract requirements, and UAE authority standards.
- Lead and supervise QA/QC Engineers, Inspectors, laboratory personnel, and quality documentation teams.
- Review and approve material submittals, method statements, quality records, inspection requests, material inspection requests, and test reports.
- Coordinate inspections, testing, audits, and approvals with clients, consultants, subcontractors, laboratories, and relevant authorities.
- Monitor and close out Non Conformance Reports (NCRs), Corrective Action Requests (CARs), and quality observations.
- Conduct internal quality audits and support external audits while promoting continuous improvement.
- Prepare weekly and monthly quality reports, monitor quality KPIs, and provide recommendations.
- Ensure proper maintenance of quality records, handover documentation, and compliance with project quality objectives.
- Promote a strong quality culture across the project while coordinating closely with construction, engineering, planning, HSE, and commercial teams.
