Employment and Compensation
- Employment type is full-time.

Key Responsibilities
- Inspect architectural, civil, and finishing works for workmanship and quality.
- Identify defects, incomplete works, damages, and other quality-related issues.
- Prepare snagging reports and maintain accurate outstanding-item records.
- Coordinate rectification requirements with engineers, supervisors, contractors, and subcontractors.
- Monitor snagging progress and conduct re-inspections of corrective work.
- Check completed works against drawings, specifications, method statements, and quality requirements.
- Maintain inspection records, photographs, snagging documentation, and closure reports.
