Role Overview
Seeking a seasoned Construction Foreman with at least 10 years of leadership experience for job-site supervision.
The Foreman bridges project blueprints and completed construction, serving as the primary contact for crews and project managers.
The role is full-time and located in person at Dubai Islands.
Responsibilities
- Direct daily activities of crews and subcontractors to keep projects on track.
- Review blueprints and specifications to ensure accurate, high-quality work.
- Enforce OSHA and company safety regulations without exceptions.
- Coordinate material and equipment deliveries.
- Maintain daily logs and track progress against the schedule.
- Report directly to the Project Manager.
- Motivate the team and troubleshoot site delays.
Requirements
- Minimum 10 years as a Foreman or Lead in a construction environment.
- Deep understanding of construction best practices, equipment maintenance, and blueprint reading.
- Proven ability to manage a diverse crew professionally.
- Valid driver’s license is required.
