Elegancia Facilities Management is hiring a QA/QC Officer for its core facilities management operations in Qatar.

The role requires strong hands-on FM or maintenance QA/QC experience.

Core facilities management experience is mandatory.
Candidates whose QA/QC experience is exclusively in construction, contracting, or infrastructure without hands-on FM or maintenance experience will not be considered.

Implement and maintain QA/QC procedures across facilities management operations.
Conduct quality inspections and internal audits.
Monitor planned preventive maintenance, corrective maintenance, and service delivery standards.
Ensure compliance with SOPs, SLAs, KPIs, and client requirements.
Identify non-conformities and coordinate corrective and preventive actions.
Prepare QA/QC reports, inspection records, and quality documentation.
Coordinate with FM operations, technical teams, and clients.
Support continuous improvement and service-quality initiatives.
