Role Overview
Elegancia Facilities Management is seeking a Commercial Executive with facilities management experience in Qatar.
The role supports commercial operations, client KPIs, invoicing, and contract performance.
Key Responsibilities
- Monitor and follow up on client KPIs, SLAs, and contract deliverables.
- Prepare, track, and follow up on client invoices, billing, and payment status.
- Coordinate with Finance, Operations, and clients on commercial matters.
- Monitor contract variations, additional works, and commercial claims.
- Prepare commercial reports, revenue tracking, and performance updates.
- Follow up on pending approvals, work completion certificates, and billing documentation.
- Support contract compliance and ensure commercial requirements are met.
- Maintain client communication and resolve commercial issues promptly.
Requirements
- Three to five or more years of experience in facilities management, contract management, or commercial operations.
- Strong understanding of facilities management contracts, KPIs, SLAs, and invoicing.
- Experience in client coordination and commercial follow-ups.
- Strong Excel, reporting, and analytical skills.
- Good communication and negotiation skills.
