Elegancia Facilities Management is hiring a Landscape Manager in Qatar.
The role manages landscape maintenance and operations across multiple sites.
Key responsibilities
- Manage daily landscape maintenance and operations across multiple sites.
- Lead landscape teams, supervisors, technicians, gardeners, and subcontractors.
- Plan manpower, materials, equipment, and daily work schedules.
- Monitor preventive maintenance and timely completion of work.
- Conduct site inspections and maintain quality, safety, and client requirements.
- Manage seasonal planting, pruning, fertilization, and pest-control activities.
- Coordinate with clients, facilities management teams, suppliers, and subcontractors.
- Prepare operational reports, manpower plans, and performance updates.
- Control costs and ensure efficient use of resources.
Requirements
- Degree or diploma in Horticulture, Landscape Management, Agriculture, or a related field.
- At least 8 years of landscape experience, preferably within Qatar or the GCC.
- Proven experience in landscape maintenance and facilities management operations.
- Strong team leadership and client-management skills.
- Good knowledge of irrigation systems, horticulture, turf management, and soft landscaping.
